By Sea tours offer several tour options based on the day of the week as each day of the week
offers different tours. If guest would like to reserve a private group trip, then By Sea will
change the tour experience based on private quote request.
To reserve a tour, guest will be required to complete the following steps:
- Select the tour.
- Select day of week related to the tour and calendar date.
- Select how many passengers (children are not available for some tours) as everyone pays the same price.
- Complete the tour request form that By Sea Tour staff will reply within 48 hours (Sunday closed for reply).
- Once By Sea validates the request, By Sea will email and text a payment link, called square, to pay assigned
price deposit to hold the reservation. Final balance payment will be paid on pick up date by cash or credit card.
- Guest will be notified, starting 48 hours prior to date of tour, by WhatsApp and emailed to confirm
the tour is taking place and pick up location. If certain minimums of passengers are not met,
guest(s) will have an opportunity to upgrade to private tour or receive refund of deposit
and referred to another service provider. By Sea price is based on minimum of passengers to
assure your price is affordable and competitive.
