No, we offer $50 per person credit towards your ground transfers that must be made with By Sea Transfers and Tours. Once guest are being loaded in the van for transport to the boat dock, the concierge will text, what's app, and try to call to get an update on your status. If you can exit to the curb, with your luggage, the van driver will swing by the airport to pick you up, but if you are not ready you will be directed to visit a partner kiosk for ground transfers and receive $50 credit per person. The ground transfer payment will be direct to the partner ground transfer company. This is why we highly recommend entry Fast Track service to avoid long custom lines. There is no doubt the helicopter is the fastest and great view option but there are setbacks. Your luggage is separated and driven to your accommodation and on the return flight to the airport you must leave your luggage out in the resort lobby to be picked up to be driven to the airport where you collect all luggage when you land at the airport. The helicopter will only take off with minimum of 4 passengers booked with maximum of 6 passengers. You are depending on good weather and if the pilot is available. Yes, based on one-way or round trip, and the resort location will determine the price from 1 passenger up to maximum 14 passengers.

Since the service has limited capacity, we do not want to have our guest waiting more than 45 minutes for more guests to arrive. We have set times to depart from the airport and from each resort back to the airport with at least 3 hours to accommodate getting through security and wait times. No, you must book and reserve that service the same day you book our service as the Fast-Track representatives need time to coordinate your Fast-Track service.

Based on where you resort is located, and how many guest are aboard, the first stop at Sugar beach takes about 20 minutes, then Jade Mountain another 10 minutes, and other resorts along the coastline could take up to 1 hour and 20 minutes to drop guests off at The Landings and Grand Sandals. Make sure to review the section called “Transfer Schedule” to know airport to resort drop off estimated times and pick up from resort to airport estimated times.

Keep in mind that you will be taking your excursion on an openair speedboat, and you are traveling on the ocean with changing weather conditions.
